Marsha Diamond Joins CBORD as Client Relations Manager

September 21, 1999Ithaca, New York—The CBORD Group, Inc. is pleased to announce that Marsha Diamond, R.D., has joined the staff as Client Relations Manager. With more than 19 years of experience in dietetics, foodservice management, and education, Diamond now serves as a consultant for CBORD clients, ensuring their needs and desires are at the forefront of CBORD's development plans.
"At CBORD I am the contact who sees that all clients are maximizing their potential with the systems they have," she said. "Whether the client bought the system yesterday or 10 years ago, it's my job to see that CBORD's ongoing commitment to client service and training is fulfilled-and to make sure clients feel that they're part of our extended family."
With experience in a broad range of foodservice markets including college and university, healthcare, and corrections, Diamond also serves on the HFM Industry Advisory Board. By understanding the issues facing a variety of foodservices, CBORD can develop products and services uniquely tailored to support their needs. "My goal is to be the voice of the foodservice industry and to ensure that everyone's concerns are addressed," Diamond explained. "CBORD can really be a contributor and partner in this industry."
Before coming to CBORD, Marsha Diamond worked as a corporate dietitian for a national foodservice manufacturer, and as an associate professor in the Hotel and Restaurant Management program at Fairleigh Dickinson University. She holds a Master's degree in Food Service Administration from NYU and is a member of the American Dietetics Association, Chaine des Rotisseurs, the Eta Sigma Delta International Hospitality Management Honor Society, and the American Correctional Foodservice Association.
